Delivery & freshness

We roast on Tuesdays and Fridays and ship the next morning, so most boxes land within two to four days of roasting.

Yes, as often as you like. Pause, skip, swap beans or change the grind from your account up to 24 hours before we roast.

Whole bean keeps longest. If you grind for us, pick the method you use most. The brew calculator on the home page lists the right grind for each.

Every delivery over $30 ships free. Smaller boxes are a flat $4 anywhere in the country.

Our bags are paper-lined and home-compostable, valves included. The outer box is recycled kraft.
